Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end flight reservations, reissues, and cancellations using GDS platforms.
- Provide expert support for complex travel itineraries and routing inquiries.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in fare calculation, ticketing, and documentation.
- Monitor and address flight disruptions or schedule changes proactively.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to resolve booking discrepancies.
- Maintain high levels of customer service quality, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in preparing travel reports and managing database updates.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of proven experience working as a GDS Specialist or Travel Consultant.
- Strong technical proficiency in at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
