Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process travel bookings via GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for corporate and leisure travel accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of reservation details, including itineraries, pricing, and passenger information.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve booking discrepancies, and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to confirm availability and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, visas, and destination guidelines.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of bookings and client preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Worldspan).
- Proven experience handling travel accounts, preferably in a BPO or travel agency setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for travel and hospitality.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Mandaluyong City.
