Atain is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GDS Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our travel operations, managing global travel bookings and ensuring seamless itineraries for our valued clients. As a GDS Specialist, you will handle complex reservations, verify pricing and availability, and provide exceptional support to travelers. Tanggung Jawab
- Process flight, hotel, and car rental bookings using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
- Manage and maintain accurate client travel profiles, itinerary records, and ticketing details.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering travel-related queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including multi-leg journeys, visa requirements, and special requests.
- Verify ticket details, pricing structures, and fare rules to ensure error-free bookings.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve booking discrepancies and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Apollo).
- Strong understanding of travel industry terminology, fare construction, and ticketing rules.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard travel reservation software.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously without compromising accuracy.
- High level of attention to detail to minimize errors in reservations and ticketing.
- Relevant certification in Travel and Tourism or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
