Tanggung Jawab
- Manage tenant communications and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Resolve tenant complaints and operational issues promptly with effective solutions
- Coordinate with mall departments (maintenance, security, marketing) to address tenant needs
- Conduct regular tenant meetings and feedback sessions to strengthen relationships
- Maintain accurate documentation of tenant interactions, contracts, and service requests
- Assist in tenant onboarding processes including orientation and facility briefings
- Promote mall events and commercial initiatives to drive tenant engagement
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Tenant Relations or Customer Service within mall environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting
- Presentable professional demeanor with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced retail settings
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for diverse stakeholder interactions
- Knowledge of mall operations and tenant management best practices
