Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently
- Ensure food preparation meets McDonald's quality and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant floor and dining area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Train and mentor new team members on service procedures
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Support opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia language proficiency
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
