Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and produce premium gelato, jams, and caramel using traditional techniques and modern innovations
- Monitor ingredient quality and freshness to maintain exceptional product standards
- Operate and maintain gelato machines, cooking equipment, and production tools
- Develop and test new flavor combinations to expand our seasonal offerings
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
- Package finished products attractively while maintaining portion consistency
- Participate in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in food production, preferably in gelato, desserts, or similar culinary fields
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining creativity in flavor development
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods in a refrigerated environment
- Basic mathematical skills for recipe scaling and inventory management
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Team player with strong communication skills in Indonesian or English
