Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and serve customers with warm, professional demeanor while taking orders
- Expertly scoop and present gelato/ice cream products according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness of service area, equipment, and display cases
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Manage inventory restocking and supply organization
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members during peak service hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
