In this role, you will provide personalized, 5-star service to our discerning clientele, ensuring their every need is anticipated and exceeded. You will manage guest luggage and storage with care, assist with reservation management, and handle special requests with a proactive approach. Whether it is a quiet drink by the pool or a busy weekend party, your presence will contribute to the seamless operation of our venue.

- Provide exceptional, personalized concierge services to all guests to ensure a world-class experience.
- Manage guest luggage and personal belongings with the highest level of care and security.
- Assist with reservation management and fulfill special guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming, uniform presentation, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the front of house team to ensure seamless operations.
- Respond immediately to guest inquiries and needs with a proactive approach.
- Support VIP guests and private events with tailored service and attention to detail.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or the F&B industry is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (both verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy, and outdoor environment.
- High level of grooming, poise, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as required.
- Passion for delivering premium service and creating memorable guest interactions.
