- Develop and execute comprehensive Gen AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end deployment of generative AI solutions at enterprise scale
- Drive innovation in LLM development, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI transformation opportunities
- Ensure ethical AI governance and responsible implementation practices
- Mentor and develop high-performing AI technical teams
- Establish KPIs and measure ROI of AI initiatives
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in generative AI architectures (LLMs, diffusion models)
- Experience scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments
- Strong background in AI ethics, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Technical degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic communication skills
- Published research or patents in generative AI preferred
