Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a passion for precision and financial excellence? Ultra Sakti is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Accountant to join our growing finance team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic insights to support our business growth.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK). You will play a key role in the end-to-end accounting process, from journal entries to financial reporting, helping us drive operational efficiency and accuracy across the board.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance and monthly closing processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with PSAK and corporate guidelines.
- Handle tax reporting and compliance, including PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN filings.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track budget expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in General Accounting or a similar finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK.
- Advanced technical skills in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
