In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial health of our growing business by ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and efficient transaction processing.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records in the company system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
- Support the finance manager in preparing month-end financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist with tax calculations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Maintain organized financial filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoice verification and expense claims.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, though 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong integrity, high motivation, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to be based in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
