Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize general office administration, including filing, document management, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff.
- Maintain and update office inventory and procurement records.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal correspondence as required.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a general administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
