Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize general office administration, including filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff.
  • Maintain and update office inventory and procurement records.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal correspondence as required.
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a general administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
