Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the villa runs efficiently.
  • Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and check-in/check-out documentation with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Handle procurement and maintain inventory levels for villa supplies.
  • Prepare weekly reports regarding occupancy, expenses, and operational status for management.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Support the management team in ad-hoc administrative projects and guest relations initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School diploma; Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administration, office management, or front-office hospitality roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Professional, proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
