Join PT Taru Martani as a General Affair (Civil Engineer) and play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational excellence. You'll be responsible for the comprehensive management, monitoring, and optimization of all building facilities, infrastructure, and utilities to ensure peak performance. This hands-on position requires expertise in civil engineering principles to oversee maintenance projects, coordinate with contractors, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Your work will directly contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and sustainable working environment across all company premises.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor all building facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems to ensure optimal operational performance
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building structures, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC installations
- Coordinate renovation projects and facility improvements from planning through execution
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement for facility-related services
- Conduct regular facility inspections and prepare detailed maintenance reports
- Develop and implement facility management SOPs and emergency response protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and structural maintenance
- Experience with project management tools and construction methodologies
- Certification in facility management or building maintenance (preferred)
- Proficiency in CAD software and facility management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and vendor negotiation abilities
