Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive General Affair strategies to support company-wide operational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end facility management, ensuring workspace optimization, building maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget constraints.
- Supervise departmental operations, including procurement of office equipment, vehicle fleet management, and office security.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies, local regulations, and safety standards across all office locations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide operational support for company events, office renovations, and business projects.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs for departmental processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in General Affairs, Facilities Management, or Office Operations, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in local labor regulations and corporate compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
