Join Yamaha Motor's dynamic team as a General Affair & Environment Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and environmental sustainability. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee facility management including maintenance, procurement, and office administration
- Develop and implement environmental management systems (EMS) in compliance with national regulations
- Conduct regular environmental audits and prepare compliance reports for regulatory bodies
- Coordinate waste reduction programs and sustainable resource utilization initiatives
- Manage environmental permits and liaise with government agencies
- Train staff on environmental policies and sustainable workplace practices
- Monitor and improve energy efficiency across operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental affairs or facility management
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and ISO standards
- Strong analytical skills for environmental impact assessments
- Proficiency in environmental reporting software and MS Office Suite
- Certified Environmental Practitioner (Amdal/UKL-UPL) preferred
- Experience managing environmental compliance in manufacturing sector
