We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Affair Staff to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office environment, ensuring that daily business operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
As a General Affair Staff, you will be responsible for managing office facilities, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the administrative needs of our employees. This is a vital position for someone who thrives on organization, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to creating a comfortable and productive workplace environment for everyone at PT. ITL Indonesia Private.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day office administrative operations and facility maintenance.
- Monitor and ensure the availability of office supplies and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors, building management, and third-party service providers for repairs or office services.
- Handle company permits, legal documents, and official licensing requirements.
- Support the procurement process for office equipment and operational needs.
- Maintain records of company assets and perform regular inspections.
- Ensure compliance with office health, safety, and security policies.
- Assist in the coordination of company events or staff welfare activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Management or Administration.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affair or Office Administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle is a plus.
- Knowledge of local government regulations and facility maintenance is preferred.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
