As a General Affair Staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining office facilities, managing vendor relationships, and supporting the administrative needs of our departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage office facilities, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure a conducive working environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for office repairs, security, cleaning, and building management.
- Handle inventory management, including procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment assets.
- Manage administrative documentation, including permits, licensing, and corporate service contracts.
- Oversee office logistics, including coordinating vehicle operations, courier services, and company travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events, meetings, and internal operational projects.
- Prepare regular reports regarding operational expenses and department budget utilization for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or Facility Management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and staff.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to operational maintenance.
