Indomobil Prima Niaga is currently seeking a dedicated General Affair Staff to join our growing team in Padang Sidempuan. As a key player in the automotive sector, we pride ourselves on operational excellence and maintaining high standards of service.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our facility operations run smoothly. You will act as the bridge between our internal teams and external vendors, managing everything from office supplies to facility maintenance. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for administrative support, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain office facilities, including equipment repair, cleaning schedules, and utility management.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and operational materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, security, and logistics support.
  • Oversee petty cash management and ensure all financial transactions related to general affairs are recorded accurately.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to safety protocols and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and other administrative activities as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and official documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field, preferably in Business Administration or Management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or Office Support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Valid driving license (SIM A) is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
