LX International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Affair Staff (Korean Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our expatriate staff and local operational requirements, ensuring seamless business continuity and full regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex administrative workflows, specifically focusing on immigration processes, legal documentation, and expatriate support services. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including KITAS/KITAP applications, work permits (RPTKA), and visas for expatriate employees.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Korean expatriates, ensuring their smooth integration and compliance with local Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant government bodies and legal agencies to process company licenses and essential expatriate documentation.
- Maintain and organize an accurate database of employee documents, legal files, and compliance records.
- Facilitate effective communication between Korean management and local staff to resolve operational or administrative issues.
- Monitor and update company records in accordance with the latest Ministry of Manpower and Immigration policies.
- Assist in general office management and procurement tasks as needed to support smooth daily GA operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Korean (TOPIK level 4 or higher) and proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs or HR, specifically focusing on expatriate management and immigration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and immigration procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office administration software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
