PT Bahtera Bumi Raya is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive General Affair Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. This role is essential for maintaining the operational excellence of our office environment and bridging communication gaps within our multinational structure.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all office facilities and administrative processes run smoothly. By providing expert translation support and managing external vendor relations, you will facilitate clear communication and operational continuity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and oversee daily office maintenance, repairs, and facility management to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Act as the primary translator and interpreter for Mandarin-speaking expatriates, partners, and management during meetings and in written correspondence.
  • Manage the procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and inventory accuracy.
  • Liaise with external parties, including building management, government agencies, and vendors for utilities and services.
  • Assist in the processing of legal documents, company licenses, and immigration requirements (KITAS/Visa) for foreign employees.
  • Organize company events, domestic and international travel arrangements, and accommodation for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain and update company asset records and assist the HR department with general administrative tasks as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Chinese Literature, or a related field.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above) and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in General Affairs, Administration, or a similar corporate role.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively manage vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
