Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a seamless and productive working environment.
  • Manage building facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and office renovations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Supervise and maintain an accurate inventory of company assets and supplies.
  • Manage the department budget, including tracking expenses and reporting to management.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and health and safety standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive administrative reports regarding facility usage and operational performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, or facility supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a small team.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage service contracts effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to operational problem-solving.
