Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, repairs, and utilities.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to general affairs and documentation.
- Monitor and report on facility usage and maintenance needs.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred).
- Previous experience in General Affairs or Administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
