Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office logistics including supply procurement, inventory control, and asset maintenance
- Coordinate facilities management including maintenance schedules and security protocols
- Oversee administrative workflows including document processing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and optimize office procedures for operational efficiency
- Handle vendor management and service provider negotiations
- Assist in budget tracking for operational expenses
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or general affairs roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
