Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office facilities maintenance and coordinate with service vendors
- Oversee inventory control for office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle administrative documentation and record-keeping systems
- Support employee onboarding and administrative HR processes
- Manage office budgets and expense reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Act as primary liaison for facility-related concerns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in general affairs or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Proven problem-solving and vendor management experience
