MC Pet Film Indonesia is inviting a highly organized General Affairs Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the support staff, you will be responsible for managing daily General Affairs (GA) functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and facilities. This role involves a mix of administrative duties and facility management tasks, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. You will handle everything from inventory control and office supply management to assisting with internal logistics and vendor coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily General Affairs (GA) administration and operational tasks.
- Handle office supplies inventory, track usage, and coordinate reordering processes.
- Assist in facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Maintain organized filing systems for GA documents and reports.
- Support the GA Manager in preparing reports and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate internal logistics, transportation, and meeting room arrangements when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Previous experience as a General Affairs Clerk or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of facility management and inventory systems.
