Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent bilingual communication skills? BPR Karya Prima Sentosa is currently seeking a highly motivated General Affairs (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our operational departments and international partners, ensuring seamless office administration and effective communication.

As our GA specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing facilities, and providing translation support to ensure that organizational goals are met with efficiency and cultural precision. If you are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a high level of proficiency in both Mandarin and Indonesian, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily General Affairs operations to ensure a productive and safe office environment.
  • Provide high-level translation and interpretation services (Mandarin-Indonesian) for meetings, documentation, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize facility performance.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of administrative documents, reports, and permits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders requiring Mandarin language support.
  • Support HR and Operations departments with organizational tasks and event coordination as needed.
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and inventory systems accurately.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred) and Indonesian; fluency in English is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a General Affairs, Office Administration, or Translation role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
