We are looking for a detail-oriented General Affairs Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. You will act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters, from building maintenance to vendor management. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage routine building maintenance and repairs to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility services, including cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management.
- Manage office inventory and supply procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels of essential items.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor contracts.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding office facilities and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in the organization of office events and general administrative support related to facility management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance, facility management, or a related role.
- Mandatory possession of a valid SIM A driving license.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot facility issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
- Proficient in using office management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
