In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the custody, control, and disbursement of all cash funds, ensuring the financial integrity of our operations.
As a General Cashier, you will play a crucial role in our daily financial activities. You will manage daily cash receipts, prepare accurate cash reports, and reconcile bank statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for correctly. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the custody, control, and disbursement of all cash funds of the hotel.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare accurate cash reports for management.
- Process bank deposits and credit card settlements efficiently.
- Monitor and control the hotel's petty cash float and expenses.
- Ensure strict adherence to cash handling policies and internal controls.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Assist the Finance Department in preparing monthly financial statements.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a cash handling or accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking procedures, cash reconciliation, and petty cash management.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial records.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
