Tanggung Jawab
- Process cash transactions, credit card payments, and foreign currency exchanges accurately
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain balanced cash drawers
- Assist guests with billing inquiries and payment-related questions
- Prepare end-of-day financial reports and submit to finance department
- Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies
- Collaborate with front desk and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to hotel security protocols for cash handling and safe operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous cashier or financial handling experience preferred
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and financial software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
