Nam Heng Safety Glass is seeking an energetic and organized General Clerk (Metal Rack) to join our dynamic team in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. In this role, you will be the key coordinator managing our glass delivery racks, ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently.
As our General Clerk, you will take ownership of the metal rack inventory cycle. This is a critical administrative role that keeps our transport operations flowing by ensuring that expensive delivery racks are tracked, collected, and ready for reuse. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and schedule the daily and weekly collection of metal delivery racks from various customer sites.
- Liaise directly with delivery drivers, customers, and the internal sales team to coordinate smooth logistics operations.
- Track and maintain accurate physical and digital records of all metal racks, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Follow up with clients and sales representatives regarding unreturned or delayed metal racks to minimize assets loss.
- Handle day-to-day administrative paperwork, including delivery orders, collection notes, and data entry.
- Assist the logistics department in resolving any delivery or collection discrepancies on the ground.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM, STPM, or Professional Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in an administrative, clerical, or logistics coordination role.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
