Shinsung E&G is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated General Draftsman to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and revise detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and elevation views using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure all drawings meet project specifications and safety regulations.
- Convert sketches, rough notes, and verbal instructions into digital CAD models.
- Maintain an organized electronic library of all technical documents, revisions, and project files.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and incorporate field data into final project drawings.
- Ensure all deliverables are submitted within project timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in technical meetings to resolve design discrepancies or construction challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Draftsman in the construction or engineering industry.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, symbols, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general design documentation software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
