Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare food items according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure correct change is given at the end of every shift.
- Assist in stocking inventory and managing food supplies to minimize waste.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, health regulations, and uniform guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
