Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all restaurant touchpoints including counter service, drive-thru, and order fulfillment
- Prepare and serve menu items according to McDonald's quality standards and food safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all operational areas including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina for prolonged standing
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Team player with willingness to rotate shifts as required
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation
- Valid food handling certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
