Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through efficient order taking, payment processing, and issue resolution
- Prepare and serve food items according to McDonald's quality standards and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all workstations, dining areas, and equipment
- Support inventory management by stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to company policies regarding food safety, waste reduction, and operational procedures
- Assist in training new employees on service standards and operational tasks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English for effective communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
