- Deliver exceptional customer service through efficient order processing and food preparation
- Maintain strict hygiene standards and cleanliness across all service areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen and floor operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and McDonald's operational standards
- Support inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Assist in training new staff on service protocols and brand standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Previous food service experience is advantageous but not required
