- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food items according to standard operating procedures and strict food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and service counters.
- Perform cashier duties, including processing payments, handling cash, and issuing receipts accurately.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as cooking, assembling burgers, and preparing sides.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all customers by keeping the dining space tidy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
