Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through efficient order taking, payment processing, and order fulfillment
- Prepare and present food items according to McDonald's quality standards and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all restaurant areas including dining space, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and McDonald's operational procedures
- Support training initiatives for new team members to uphold service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent educational background
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication abilities
- Previous experience in food service or retail is advantageous
