Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations for structural steel erection and concrete pouring activities
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols across all construction sites
- Manage material inventory, procurement, and logistics for efficient project execution
- Prepare progress reports, quality control documentation, and maintain project timelines
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Train and mentor construction staff in best practices for steel and concrete works
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel and concrete construction
- Proven track record in supervising medium to large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Valid PRC license (Professional) and relevant certifications
