Join our dynamic team at Persekutuan Perdata Kantor Konsultan Pajak Anthony Aris Dan Rekan as a General HRD to drive our human capital initiatives. This pivotal role encompasses end-to-end payroll processing, talent acquisition, legal compliance, and employee relations management. You'll be instrumental in designing robust HR systems that ensure accurate salary calculations, timely contract management, and attendance tracking while maintaining full adherence to Indonesian labor regulations. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives and serve as the primary HR liaison for all operational departments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage entire payroll cycle including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursement
- Lead recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding top talent
- Ensure legal compliance in employment contracts and labor regulations
- Oversee attendance tracking and leave administration systems
- Develop and implement HR policies for contract management
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with finance for payroll integration and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in professional services
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills for payroll calculation accuracy
- Certification in HR management (CHRM/SPHR) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written communication
