Join Indotruck Utama's finance team as a General Ledger Accountant and become instrumental in maintaining our financial integrity. This critical role requires meticulous recording, reconciliation, and analysis of financial transactions within the General Ledger, ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and corporate policies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, support month-end closing processes, and contribute to accurate financial reporting that drives strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Record and post daily financial transactions to the General Ledger system
- Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts including bank, intercompany, and subsidiary ledgers
- Analyze financial transactions for accuracy and adherence to accounting policies
- Prepare supporting documentation for journal entries and financial adjustments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
- Collaborate with auditors during financial statement reviews
- Ensure compliance with PSAK standards and internal control procedures
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with month-end closing and reconciliation processes
- Good command of both Indonesian and English language
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) is advantageous
