As our General Ledger Accountant, you will be responsible for the full cycle of general ledger maintenance, month-end closing processes, and financial reconciliation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and deferrals.
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare tax reports (VAT, Withholding Tax) and ensure company compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with budget projections.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Provide support for internal and external audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in General Ledger accounting or similar financial roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and local tax laws (PPh, PPN).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
