In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting integrity. You will be responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full General Ledger (GL) process, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Standardize accounting entries and documentation to ensure high levels of accuracy and audit readiness.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to refine accounting processes and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure full compliance with PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) and local tax regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to improve reporting systems and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting or corporate finance.
- Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to improve financial processes and systems.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Willingness to be based in Weda, Maluku Utara.
