Danone is currently seeking a highly motivated General Ledger & Reporting Officer to join our finance team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting integrity, ensuring that our day-to-day operations align with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
As a Contracted General Ledger & Reporting Officer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute financial controls, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and provide accurate data for decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily general ledger accounting entries with high accuracy and compliance.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with IFRS/local GAAP.
- Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances proactively.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial management reports and performance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with Danone internal control policies and local statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting or Financial Reporting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Solid understanding of IFRS and local Indonesian tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
