Join Mitra Citra Mandiri Offset's finance team as a General Ledger Staff / Journaling Specialist and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. In this critical position, you'll manage the end-to-end journalization process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. You'll be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, preparing monthly closing entries, and supporting financial reporting requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse transaction types, from vendor payments to complex intercompany reconciliations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily journal entries for all financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Perform month-end closing procedures including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation calculations
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure GL accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Prepare supporting documentation for audits and regulatory compliance requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting controls and procedures
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial statement audits
- Generate financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and variance analyses
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (D3/S1 equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in general ledger or accounting operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
