Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle General Ledger process, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and Cash Flow projections.
- Perform meticulous review of accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and intercompany reconciliations.
- Oversee daily bank reconciliations and ensure cash balances are accurately reflected in the financial system.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Mentor and supervise the accounting team to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain high standards of data accuracy.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounting department to streamline financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and taxation regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
