Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on hotel facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Conduct regular inspections of property systems to identify potential issues
- Repair and replace defective parts in machinery, equipment, and building structures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of spare parts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or technical support
- Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems preferred
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with mechanical aptitude
- Basic knowledge of blueprints and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles
