- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless processes and high service standards.
- Manage the company’s financial health, including budget planning, P&L responsibility, and revenue forecasting.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational excellence and employee engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Johor Bahru region.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, real estate laws, and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in a senior management role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong financial literacy, including experience with budget management and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure in a results-oriented environment.
