Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily business operations to ensure high productivity and service standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth and profitability targets.
- Manage organizational budgets, financial reporting, and P&L accountability.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance.
- Mentor and lead department heads to drive performance and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external business partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in senior management or operational leadership roles.
- Strong background in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics and business regulations in Malaysia.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving organizational goals.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
