Foresight Asia Pacific is seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our production excellence, overseeing manufacturing and support functions to guarantee delivery reliability, process optimization, and operational stability. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive oversight of end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless production flow and meeting delivery targets.
- Champion productivity improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous process optimization.
- Manage operational budgets, CAPEX planning, and resource allocation to maximize financial performance and stability.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance in accordance with global industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse workforce, providing clear direction and professional development opportunities for department heads and support staff.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve throughput.
- Prepare regular operational reports for the executive board, highlighting KPIs, performance trends, and strategic risk assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership, with at least 5 years at the General Manager or Plant Manager level.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation, and supply chain logistics in an Asia-Pacific context.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume production environments with a strong focus on cost reduction and operational excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making and project management.
- Excellent command of English and localized business communication standards.
